- Week Two: Physical Fitness
- Week Three: Serving Others
The CHJC “Get Fit! Healthy Lifestyles Program” encourages our employees and clients to practice and benefit from healthier lifestyles and improve their overall health and wellbeing. The desired outcome of the program is for employees to practice skills promoting overall wellbeing, including daily meditation, increased exercise and physical activity, and healthier eating habits. In turn, participating staff will relay the information to the clients we serve, thereby extending the program’s reach to better serve our employees, clients, and community at large.
Thank you to the Excellus Community Health Awards Program and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield for this amazing opportunity to better the lives of our staff, clients, families, and youth we serve!
